Abstract

This paper presents a modified topology of the grid-connected hybrid generation system. The Power flow sequence between PV array, the DC or AC load and the Grid has also been discussed. A bidirectional converter has been introduced for this purpose. The grid power can be utilized during non-availability of either of the renewable sources especially at night time or when the load demand is not met.
