Abstract
The relationship between the archives and the literary work represents a theme that is still insufficiently questioned by critical debates and by European literary exegesis (at least, according to what the authors of this study know about it). The essential issue we want to address here is to identify the place that the archive (whether personal or public) occupies in the writer’s life in the landscape of Romanian culture.
