The sample is made up of 30 teachers who provide information on the subject in a validated questionnaire, then the application of the instruments was carried out with the proposed sample. Abstract

The objective is to determine the benefits of the use of ICTs as a teacher's resource to achieve significant learning in students with NEAE of the School of Basic Education "18 de Noviembre" of Loja. The use of a mixed methodology is proposed, which adopts quantitative and qualitative approaches, which obeys the action research line.
