Based on StressLife_Analysis module of nCode DesignLife, welded accumulative damage and life cycles under different stress parameters and fatigue class curves are calculated. Meanwhile, the corresponding nominal stress model is established to carry out analysis comparison. Abstract

基于缺口应力模型的车架阻尼座焊接寿命预测
为了正确分析焊接框架附件的焊接疲劳寿命,本文采用1mm半径的虚拟缺口法,建立了a1a - a1a型机车转向架一级垂直阻尼座的缺口应力模型。通过有限元分析,得到了阀座局部焊趾和焊根处的应力状态。根据应力范围确定焊缝的危险点。建立了考虑垂直减振器非线性阻尼速度特性的整车多体动力学模型进行仿真分析,获得了轨道不平顺作用下垂直减振器座的载荷时间历程。基于nCode DesignLife的StressLife_Analysis模块,计算了不同应力参数下焊接的累积损伤和寿命周期以及疲劳等级曲线。同时,建立相应的名义应力模型进行分析比较。结果表明,在相同情况下,缺口应力法计算的累积损伤值较低,寿命周期较高,而正应力法一般偏保守。
