Sig. 理性情感治疗方法在小组咨询服务中对学生情绪障碍的有效性
本研究旨在了解理性情绪治疗方法在团体咨询服务中克服学生情绪障碍的效果。本研究采用定量的实验前研究方法,采用前测后测一组设计。本研究以高情绪障碍学生为研究对象,以理性情绪治疗方法在克服学生情绪障碍中的团体咨询服务为研究对象。问卷调查、观察和文献记录是收集数据的方法。采用Pearson积矩法检验问卷效度,采用Alpha Cronbach法检验信度。采用Wilcoxon检验对数据进行分析,以了解理性情绪治疗方法在克服学生情绪障碍的团体咨询服务中的应用是否可行。研究结果显示,学生情绪障碍治疗前(前测)平均得分为112.9分,治疗后(后测)平均得分为76.5分。基于使用Wilcoxon检验的假设检验,得到了asyp的概率得分。Sig. (2-tailed) 0.005 < 0.05,表示拒绝零假设(H0),接受备用假设(Ha)。因此,在团体咨询服务中采用理性情绪治疗方法可以减少学生的情绪障碍。
