Abstract

Electronic waste (E-waste) comprises waste electronics/electrical goods that are useless. This includes computers, servers, monitors, and so on. E-waste contains toxic substances, such as lead and cadmium in circuit boards, lead oxide and cadmium in monitor (CRTs), mercury in switches which are highly hazardous.
