As for the roller variation test results, using a lighter weight roller, for example, 8 grams and 9 grams, get maximum results at low and medium rotational speeds, compared to using an 11-gram roller (standard). The downside of this 8-gram and 9-gram roller is that it only gets good acceleration and torque at low rotational speeds. While at a high rotational speed less than the maximum. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the working principle, troubleshooting, and the effect of CVT roller weight variations on Suzuki Nex-FI 2014 motorcycles.
