Abstract

This paper proposes a hybrid time of arrival and angle of arrival localization method called hybrid localization method with RSS (HLMR) by using a novel single home base station localization technique and a novel RSS data fusion model. The result shows that compared with TOA/AOA and a classic NLOS error mitigation method, this method is more stable and accurate.
