The basic theory and techniques of the above areas of C/sup 3/CM system are studied. Emphasis is put on the structure of distributing C/sup 3/CM DSS. Then the optimum decision-making subsystem of the countermeasure, resources, and management, which has application in the ship platform, is simulated.
