Abstract

In this work, we analyze the performance of decode-and-forward (DF) based dual hop free space optical (FSO) network utilizing M-ary differential phase shift keying (DPSK) signals under the combined impact of K-distributed atmospheric turbulence and misalignment error (ME). For the considered differential dual-hop FSO network, we derive the closed form expression for the average symbol error rate (SER) and outage probability (OP).
