Abstract

ABSTRACT The oil spill recovery capacity-OSRC plays a vital role in setting up national or regional response capability to combat the big risk of marine oil spills from oil transportation activities around Vietnam. However, in preparedness for marine oil spills, it is not known how much the amount of OSRC Vietnam should have.
