In order to improve the current situation of fixed proportion of new energy in inter-provincial outbound power transmission transactions, this paper improves the current trading mode in China by adding the process of collecting transaction willingness of power generation enterprises in advance, and proposes an inter-provincial outbound trading model considering the reasonable allocation of new energy. Abstract

After the introduction of the absorption guarantee mechanism, it has been an irresistible trend for the demand side to absorb new energy in a wide range and in a high proportion. 考虑新能源合理配置的省际对外贸易模型研究
吸收保障机制出台后,需求侧大范围、高比例地吸收新能源已是大势所趋。目前,以省级电网公司为主体的省际对外交易是解决中国能源资源逆分布的主要交易方式,也是调整中国能源利用结构的有效手段和途径。在省际对外贸易中,新能源占比的制定直接关系到新能源的交易量,是交易中最重要的环节。为改善新能源在省际外输交易中占固定比例的现状,本文对中国现行交易模式进行了改进,增加了发电企业交易意愿的预先采集流程,提出了考虑新能源合理配置的省际外输交易模型。在考虑两省意愿的基础上,根据发电企业申报数据,以社会福利和新能源输出比例最大化为目标,建立了合理的新能源比例计算模型,并通过实例说明优化后的新能源比例相对于固定比例的优势。
