TEORI KONSUMSI DALAM PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM

Abstract

Consumption is a human activity reducing or depleting the use value of a good or service to meet needs, either gradually or all at once. Consumption has a great position in every economy, because there is no life for humans without consumption. In the economic system, consumption plays an important role. The existence of consumption will encourage production and distribution. This will drive the wheels of the economy. The purpose of this article is to analyze how consumption theory is in Islamic economics. The conclusion in this article is that consumption in the Islamic economy is not merely reducing or depleting the use value of an item or service to meet needs, either gradually or all at once, but more than that, consumption is regulated by the provisions that apply in Islam. namely the Qur'an, Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad, ijma' ulama, qiyash and others. Consumption that is allowed includes consumption that is halal, not haram, good and has benefits and gets ridho 'and the blessing of Allah SWT.
