It has been established that the logic of humane development of management of the field of education requires the search for its optimal model and guides managers at various levels to strengthen and establish the main phenomena of humanism – universal moral norms and humane relationships between participants in the educational process.It was found that the human-centered approach is an important component of the personal approach in the management of the teaching staff. Its basis is a set of initial theoretical propositions about the personality and practical methodological tools that contribute to its understanding as a whole, study and creation of conditions for self-development and self-actualization. It is, first of all, the improvement of human relations in the managed team, the involvement of its members in management, providing them with assistance in solving pedagogical problems, improving their qualifications. Abstract

The article, based on the analysis of scientific literature, clarified the essence of humanizing the management of an educational institution in the conditions of the modernization of the national education system of Ukraine and revealed its content from the standpoint of a human-centered approach. 本文在科学文献分析的基础上,明确了乌克兰国家教育体系现代化条件下教育机构管理人性化的本质,并从以人为本的角度揭示了其内容。确立了教育领域管理人性化发展的逻辑要求寻找其最优模式,并指导各级管理者加强和确立人文主义的主要现象——教育过程中普遍的道德规范和参与者之间的人文关系。研究发现,以人为本的教学管理方法是个性化教学管理方法的重要组成部分。它的基础是一套关于人格的初步理论命题和实用的方法论工具,这些工具有助于从整体上理解人格,研究和创造自我发展和自我实现的条件。首先是改善被管理团队中的人际关系,让团队成员参与管理,帮助他们解决教学问题,提高他们的资格。它假设领导者活动的基础应该是尊重人、信任人、关注学生和教师个性的发展;为管理层提供协调和激励的性格。教育机构人力资源管理的本质是在以人为本的方法的基础上确定的:人被认为是它的竞争资本,这要求对每个教育工作者的个性、安置、发展、激励激励采取人道的态度,同时考虑到行政管理上不断的“人员”负荷,从知识/人员到管理决策的创造性。实践证明,管理人性化原则与以人为本的管理方式相辅相成,旨在保证教育组织和特定员工目标的实现、自我实现、自我肯定等。关键词:人性化;教育机构的管理;以人为中心的方法;现代化;国民教育体系;人性化的管理方法;人道的关系;普遍的道德规范;教育机构;管理过程。
