Innovative development of the export oriented regional agro-industrial cluster

Abstract

The article discusses the possibilities of innovative development of agricultural enterprises in the region within the cluster structure and prospects for exporting agricultural products to the foreign markets. Digitalization of agriculture in the regions of the Russian Federation helps to reduce the cost of agricultural production and expand the volume of agricultural production. The prospects of integration of agricultural enterprises in the region into clusters in order to produce agricultural products that meet the requirements of the world market are determined. The guidelines and advantages of agricultural development in Russia based on the use of innovative technologies are defined. The implementation of joint innovative projects in agriculture within the framework of integrated structures contributes to the possible using the synergistic potential of enterprises and the strengthening of the economic structure as a whole. The results of research on the the main types of agricultural products in the Krasnoyarsk region are presented and trends in the growth of agricultural production by groups of agricultural products are revealed. Measures to support innovative activities of agricultural enterprises in the region at the government level will allow increasing productivity, quality, and range of agricultural products. Within the framework of the federal project "Export of agricultural products", it is proposed to create an agro-industrial cluster of export orientation in the south of the region to sell products of agricultural enterprises in the region to the markets of Asian countries. Innovative development of the export oriented agribusiness cluster in the region is important for the economic development of the cluster's home territory.
