This paper will analyze the external costs of noise pollution, air pollution, traffic congestions and traffic accidents, and use the three external costs measurement methods to measure the external cost of Beijing traffic to compare the externality of cars and public transportation. Abstract
In recent years, the development of China's transportation industry has grown by leaps and bounds, which undoubtedly brought huge benefits and convenience to the whole society. However, transportation is a public product, but it also brings the negative externality. This article measures these negative externalities and external costs.
