Abstract

This paper describes a multimedia service, E-Learning & Consulting, which exploits integration between INs and IP-based networks. The first section introduces a theme of convergence of telecom and data networks. The second section presents current technology and services based on converged technology. The last and the most important part illustrates a basic fact about our multimedia service, E-Learning & Consulting (E-L&C), solution.
