Abstract

The synchronous buck converter with all three modes of operation and a closed loop controller for tracking the maximum efficiency point at all values of load current is presented in this research paper. Synchronous buck operations converter at CCM-DCM mode boundary and in DCM mode provides zero voltage switching condition for main switch.
