Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the benefits of implementing social audit in social enterprises. To achieve this goal, the essential characteristics of social enterprises and social audit are analyzed, some good examples of social enterprises are presented, as well as some unethical practices of social enterprises. Modern community is facing a number of difficulties and challenges.
