Abstract
Despite advances in imaging methods, neurosurgical techniques, adjuvant radiation, radiosurgery, and chemotherapy, neurocritical care of the patient with neuraxial tumors is an important component of care. Treatment of these tumors may include management of refractory (often focal) seizures and treatment of mass effect and shift from associated edema.
