Based on the literature research and questionnaire of educational information enterprise, we conduct an investigation on the current operation situation of educational information enterprise, the type and mode of educational information consulting service, product satisfaction, application effect and challenges. The study found that the types of educational information consulting services mainly focused on teaching reform, basic environmental construction, teaching evaluation, ability training of applying information technology, but weak in the capability certification and IT strategic consulting. And the service satisfaction is positively related to the response speed of the enterprise to the customer demand. There are four aspects about difficulties and challenges in the development of educational information enterprise—weak advisory service concept, the lack of reference standards, talent bottlenecks and inadequate leadership support. Abstract

With the development of Internet and technology, educational information development has entered into the situation—" deep-water zone ". As a powerful means to promote the development of educational information, educational information service has attracted the attention of researchers. 随着互联网和技术的发展,教育信息化发展进入了“深水区”。教育信息服务作为促进教育信息化发展的有力手段,受到了研究者的广泛关注。在文献研究和教育信息企业问卷调查的基础上,对教育信息企业的经营现状、教育信息咨询服务的类型和模式、产品满意度、应用效果和面临的挑战进行了调查。研究发现,教育信息咨询服务的类型主要集中在教学改革、基础环境建设、教学评价、应用信息技术能力培养等方面,而在能力认证和IT战略咨询方面较为薄弱。服务满意度与企业对顾客需求的响应速度呈正相关。教育信息企业发展面临的困难和挑战主要表现在咨询服务理念薄弱、缺乏参考标准、人才瓶颈和领导支持不足四个方面。特别是缺乏参考标准和人才瓶颈是当前教育信息咨询服务业急需克服的挑战。
