The parameter observed were are height of plants, totals of leaf, fresh weight of biomass,dry weightof biomass, dry weight grains per panicle, weight 100 grains per panicle, and seeds totals per panicle. “饮用废液及栽培介质组成对高粱生长和产量的影响”研究。该研究于2018年4月5日至7月10日在位于Banjarsari Surakarta区Kadipiro村的Slamet Riyadi农业学院/大学绿屋实验花园进行。本研究的目的是了解饮用废液和栽培介质组成对高粱植株生长和产量的影响。本研究采用完全随机设计(CRD)安排因子。处理包括2个因素,3个重复:第一个因素是饮用废物的类型(L),由3种类型组成;第二个因素是种植介质的组成(M),由3种成分组成。测定的参数为:株高、总叶数、生物量鲜重、生物量干重、每穗干重粒数、每穗重100粒数和每穗种子数。数据分析采用品种分析,然后在最低水平为5%时进行诚实显著差异检验(BNJ)。本研究结果表明,饮用废液的种类和种植介质的组成对高粱植株的生长和产量没有显著影响。
