This paper uses the method of questionnaire and data analysis, on China's central area of special education teachers in professional quality to conduct the investigation and study, found that the overall level of special education teachers' professional quality in the central region is relatively low, mainly displays in: the special education teacher professionalism is not high, professional theory knowledge is low, the ability of practice gap, scientific research ability is very low.
