(4) Positive emotion failed to reduce the negative effect of job insecurity on organizational commitment and Job Involvement respectively. The results show that, the powerlessness in job insecurity is a key factor affecting organizational commitment and Job Involvement. Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the effects of job insecurity on organizational commitment and Job Involvement respectively and the mediation effects of positive emotion thereto.
