The designed instrument adopts STM32ZET6 microcontroller as the control core, step motor to provide drive force, pressure sensor to detect the real-time pressure of tablet fragmentation and the 2.8 inch LCD to display hardness of the tablets. The system has 5 function keys for human-computer interaction, while the LCD screen has a rich display interface to guide the users.
