The validity of the measure are between 0.304–0.735; while the reliability is 0.731. The results conclude that the most frequent technostress experienced by the employees of the IT consulting company is communication technostress, then society technostress, and boundary technostress; the less frequent types of technostress experienced by the employees are time technostress, workplace technostress, learning technostress, and family technostress. Further research should consider to investigate the correlation between the seven types of technostress with gender differences, among different work division, the number of ICTs used and the duration of ICT usage. Abstract

This is a survey about types of technostress of employees of information technology company specializing in IT consultancy. The technostress theory refer to Rosen & Weil theory that describe seven types of technostress: learning technostress, boundary technostress, communication technostress, time technostress, family technostress, workplace technostress and society technostress.
