The result of this study showed: (1) There is no significant effect between the perception of the teaching profession on the interest in becoming an economics teacher. (2) There is a significant effect between the family environment on the interest in becoming an economics teacher. (3) There is a significant effect between motivation and interest in becoming an economics teacher. (4) There is a significant effect between the perception of the teaching profession on the interest in becoming an economics teacher mediated by motivation. There is still a lot of demand for economics teachers, both to meet the needs of teachers in SMA and SMK. 教师职业和家庭环境对成为一名经济教师兴趣的影响是由动机调控的
对经济学教师的需求仍然很大,既要满足SMA教师的需求,也要满足SMK教师的需求。未来的经济学教师肯定会在LPTK接受教育过程,特别是经济教育研究项目。从进入大学到毕业,必须保持学生对教学职业的浓厚兴趣。本研究旨在确定教师职业认知和家庭环境对2017-2020届Sebelas Maret大学经济教育专业学生成为经济学教师兴趣的直接和间接影响,并以动机为中介。本研究采用的方法是定量描述法,研究样本为185名学生。本研究的数据分析技术采用通径分析。本研究结果显示:(1)教师职业认知对经济学教师兴趣的影响不显著。(2)家庭环境对学生成为经济学教师的兴趣有显著影响。(3)学生成为经济学教师的动机与兴趣之间存在显著的影响。(4)在动机的中介作用下,教师职业感知对经济学教师兴趣的影响显著。(5)在动机的中介作用下,家庭环境对经济学教师兴趣的影响显著。
