The developed method was further applied to analyze 13 batches of Danshen Injection from three manufacturers to make a realistic analysis.\n\n\nCONCLUSION\nIt was found that the comprehensive chemical information provides an adequate characterization for quality profiles among different commercial batches of Danshen Injection. Abstract

OBJECTIVES This study aimed to establish a rapid and comprehensive method for quantitative determination of complex ingredients in Traditional Chinese Medicine injections. 基于核磁共振定量评价中药注射剂质量的综合方法建立——以丹参注射液为例。
目的建立一种快速、综合的中药注射剂中复方成分的定量测定方法。方法建立1H定量核磁共振法,同时定量丹参注射液的综合化学成分。采用多元统计分析技术对多批次丹参注射液进行质量评价。关键发现首次建立并实现了丹参注射液1H核磁共振谱的完整信号归属。从丹参注射液中共鉴定出32种化学成分。其中20个同时定量,占总固体的80% (w/w),占总有机质的95% (w/w),与以往的研究相比取得了成功。进一步应用该方法对3家生产厂家的13批丹参注射液进行了实际分析。结论丹参注射液的化学成分信息较为全面,可为不同批号丹参注射液的质量特征提供充分的表征。该方法进一步为提高中药注射剂的一致性和安全性提供了保证。
