In order to reduce the complexity of the nitrogen sealing system, the process design of the nitrogen sealing system of the storage tank is redesigned twice in depth. The composition and principle of the nitrogen sealing system are expounded. In order to ensure that the oil and gas concentration in the tank is always within a safe concentration range, the pressure setting of each valve and the calculation of nitrogen amount are carried out. In order to further improve the safety of the storage tank and prevent the pressure in the tank from being too large, “positive and reverse arch bursting discs” are added on the top of the tank to relieve pressure safely.
