To conduct the research, the authors used data from a structured questionnaire and a sample of 75 employees of PDAM Tirta Jam Gadang, Bukittinggi City. This study uses the SPSS version 22 program and the test instruments used are validity and reliability tests using binary logistic regression analysis. Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Jam Gadang in Bukittinggi City. 本研究旨在探讨纪律与工作动机对武吉丁吉市PDAM公司员工工作满意度的影响。为了进行这项研究，作者使用了一份结构化问卷的数据和武吉丁吉市PDAM Tirta Jam Gadang的75名员工的样本。本研究使用SPSS version 22程序，使用的检验工具是效度和信度检验，采用二元logistic回归分析。分析结果表明，纪律对武吉廷吉市PDAM Tirta Jam Gadang员工的工作满意度有正向显著影响，动机对武吉廷吉市PDAM Tirta Jam Gadang员工的工作满意度有正向显著影响，影响满意度的最主要变量是工作纪律。关键词:工作满意度，工作纪律，工作动机
