Abstract
Reverse supply chain management (RSC) enables companies to integrate sustainability in ecological, economic and social terms. Research has rarely investigated the impacts of RSC on business performance. Regarding Morocco, the literature on RSC is very rare. Most companies are not sufficiently aware of their reverse supply chain and miss out on many competitive advantages and opportunities.
