Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of business application oral English teaching and training, an oral teaching and training model is proposed based on blended teaching around the application scenario of business English. The blended teaching mode effectively integrates online video learning and offline classroom learning based on the Internet, and makes full use of the characteristics of wide distribution area and abundant information resources of the Internet. It can expand the learning space and the learning content, optimize the learning mode and improve the teaching level of oral English, and improve the quality of e-commerce personnel training effectively. This model aims at improving the ability of oral English application, innovating teaching objectives, enriching teaching content, optimizing curriculum implementation, implementing process evaluation, and promoting the reform of E-commerce oral English teaching in an all-round way.
