International economic cooperation of China and Russia: features of the economic evaluation of international investment projects

Abstract

The article presents analysis of the direction and the main trends of the international cooperation between Russia and China. The researchers presented the most ambitious and demonstrative projects of international cooperation. The authors investigated investment forms. The researchers studied the features of the economic evaluation of the effectiveness of international investment projects, the problems of evaluating an international investment project, the main risks and the methods of their accounting are highlighted. The main methods of taking into account the selected factors in justifying the feasibility of project implementation are proposed. The rationale for different approaches to measuring performance for participants in an international project is presented. A coefficient is presented that allows accounting of the totality of project risks, which is also reflected in the choice of the discount rate.
