The findings indicate that among the four temperament types, the largest proportion is observed among idealists, accounting for 31.3%, while empiricists have the smallest representation at 14.6% among the first-year vocational students. Regarding achievement motivation, the overall achievement motivation score of the first-year vocational students is below zero, indicating a relatively low level of achievement motivation. Specifically, both empiricists and idealists demonstrate a relatively low level of achievement motivation in terms of vocational personality traits. A follow-up assessment of achievement motivation levels was conducted after a short-term enterprise internship, revealing a significant improvement in the achievement motivation levels of the vocational students. This suggests that the dual-subject educational model under industry-education integration can effectively enhance students' vocational skills and activate their internal motivation, thereby improving their achievement motivation and overall competitiveness. 产教融合与学生职业心理健康发展的关系研究——以上海商业会计学院一年级企业实习为例
本研究旨在通过对上海商业会计学院994名高职一年级学生的职业人格特质和成就动机水平进行评估,以评估产教融合对学生职业发展的影响。采用MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)职业人格问卷和成就动机水平问卷来衡量产教融合的效果,并为高职学生的职业指导教育和企业实习提供指导。结果表明,在四种气质类型中,理想主义气质所占比例最大,为31.3%,经验主义气质所占比例最小,为14.6%。在成就动机方面,高职生的整体成就动机得分低于零,表明高职生的成就动机水平较低。具体而言,经验主义者和理想主义者在职业人格特征方面都表现出相对较低的成就动机水平。在短期企业实习结束后,对中职学生的成就动机水平进行了跟踪评估,发现中职学生的成就动机水平有了显著的提高。这说明产教融合下的双主体教育模式能够有效提升学生的职业技能,激活学生的内在动力,从而提高学生的成就动机和综合竞争力。通过产学研结合,培养高素质人才,解决市场特定人才短缺问题,最终实现人才与市场的共赢。
