Review the basics of nuclear security in case of nuclear power plants, through a hypotethical scenario

Abstract

In the following paper the authors are shortly reviewing the basics of the nuclear security, among other things the background of the domestic legislation, the describe the phares of the defence in depth and the zones of the physical protection. In the second part of the paper the authors are also introducing general facts and possible security issues about IoT devices that are especially but not specifically related to the nuclear field or to a nuclear power plant (NPP). The authors are introducing and shortly analysing the risks of the possible scenarios of malicious acts in case of non-existing, fictive NPP.
