Weight gain, specific growth rate feed conversion ratio percentage weight gain in soda ash diet was enhanced followed by raw hoof diet while wood ash treated diet showed the least response on fish growth. Fish carcass quality was enhanced with raw hoof treated diets over other diets. 非洲鲶鱼幼鱼饲喂牛蹄粉参考饲料和试验饲料的生长性能
采用高压灭菌、发酵、木灰发酵、纯碱处理、生蹄等工艺对牛蹄粉进行加工。本试验以14.22±0.23g、15尾/箱重复放养的加里平Clarias gariepinus幼鱼为研究对象。处理后的样品配制6种等氮饲粮,其中参考饲粮占70%,试验饲粮占30%,按体重3%饲喂。不同饲粮处理间差异显著(P<0.05)。纯碱饲粮对鱼的增重、特定生长率、饲料系数、增重率均有显著提高,其次是生蹄饲料,而木灰饲粮对鱼的生长影响最小。与其他饲料相比,经生蹄处理的饲料提高了鱼胴体质量。利用经纯碱处理过的蹄粕,可以促进鸡蹄草的生长。关键词:Cattle-hoof-meal;鱼粉;血液学;角蛋白。
