Abstract

This paper deals with needs related to safety in the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), in Natal, and proposes SIGOc - Integrated System for Occurrence Management, a platform that aims to optimize the current operation mode to manage occurrences in the UFRN campuses. SIGOc consists of two mobile applications and a Web system, enabling the university community to report occurrences while supporting the work of campus safety staff for fast occurrence handling.
