Abstract
Currently, one of the main trends in the development of industrial power in order to improve power supply reliability and reduce the cost of production is the expansion of large industrial enterprises own sources of distributed generation. Thus a characteristic feature of this process is a significant complication of the configuration of electrical networks, small electric generators distance from the variable load commensurate power sources and power receivers and in some cases - big distance sources distributed electrical generation and bus connection to the power grid. Simultaneously, there is a qualitative change in the composition of energy sources. In the past decade, the industrial powerhouse is basically heat and power plant with turbo-generators with a steam turbine inertia. At the present time there is an intensive introduction of low inertia turbine and gas piston plants. This has a significant impact on the quality of the transition process.
