ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC ISSUES OF AIR CARRIER MANAGEMENT

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты исследования, посвященного раскрытию особенностей управления авиаперевозчиком и выявлению современных проблем управления в рыночной среде РФ. Для целей обеспечения гибкости в управлении авиаперевозчиками выявлены факторы развития систем управления. Выделены организационно-экономические проблемы управления и очерчен типовой перечень организационных решений, позволяющих системе управления более гибко и оперативно реагировать на изменения во внешней и внутренней среде. The article presents the results of a study dedicated to the disclosure of specific features of an air carrier management as well as to identification of current management challenges in the market environment of the Russian Federation. With a view towards ensuring flexibility in managing air carriers factors of management systems development have been identified. Furthermore organizational and economic management issues have been highlighted with a model list of organizational decisions being outlined to enable the management system become more flexible and responsive while addressing variety of changes in internal and external environment.
