Grafen nanolevha takviyeleri agirlikca %0-%1-%2-%3 oranlarinda katilarak kompozit toz karisimlari hazirlanmistir. Kompozit toz karisimlari bilyeli ogutucu kullanilarak mekanik alasimlamaya tabi tutulmustur. Mekanik alasimlama yapilan kompozit toz karisimlarindan 435°C’de 500MPa basinc altinda sicak preslemeyle nanokompozitler uretilmistir. Uretilen nanokompozitlerin icyapilari ve korozyon davranisi incelenmistir. Korozyon deneyleri %3.5 NaCl cozeltisinde potansiyel-dinamik korozyon unitesinde gerceklestirildi. 粉末冶金法生产的 ZA27/石墨烯纳米复合材料的腐蚀性能
本研究采用粉末冶金法制备了石墨烯纳米叶片增强的ZA27基合金纳米复合材料。通过添加石墨烯纳米增强剂制备了复合粉末混合物,石墨烯纳米增强剂的重量百分比为 0%-1%-2%-3%。使用球磨机对复合粉末混合物进行机械合金化。用机械合金化的复合粉末混合物在 435°C 和 500MPa 压力下热压制成纳米复合材料。研究了纳米复合材料的微观结构和腐蚀行为。腐蚀实验在 3.5% NaCl 溶液中的电位-动态腐蚀单元中进行。结果表明,纳米复合材料的耐腐蚀性能随着石墨烯纳米叶片含量的增加而提高。
