Satisfactory treatment of our patients had mostly consisted in shunting the lateral ventricular system to the peritoneum. Abstract
Ten cases of the Dandy-Walker syndrome are presented. The clinical manifestations are analyzed. Almost 80 percent of these children had associated anomalies.
