Methods: A cross sectional survey was conducted in June, 2021 by validated self – dministered questionnaire. The survey instrument was tailored from a published questionnaire comprised of questions on demographics, knowledge, attitude, perception. \nResults: Out of 150 random participants, 63 were employees, 43 were businessmen, 29 were daily wagers, 9 housewives. Irrespective of profession, population of Lahore has average knowledge, attitude and perception. While considering the categories we included, businessmen have better knowledge and perception while attitude is satisfactory among employees. While daily wagers showed poor knowledge, attitude and perception. Housewives also have average knowledge about this virus. \nConclusion: People with greater exposure like businessmen are well aware and up-to-dated about COVID-19. Due to limited social contact housewife had not enough knowledge about COVID-19.
