Abstract

A conceptual framework is essential to ensure that the critical success factor (CSF) of eLearning implementation in secondary school is smoothly run and not a failure project. Many new terms such as Collaborative Learning, Mobile Learning, Ubiquitous Learning, Blended Learning, flipclass, SPOC are introduced but mostly to tertiary education level. It is very important to plant eLearning into the pupils mind shape since secondary level. LearnCube is a conceptual framework proposed to model the CSF in multi-dimensional model.
