The self-Esteem Scale (SES) developed by Dhar & Dhar and the Teacher’s Organizational Commitment Scale Developed by Jamal & Raheem were administered on the 200 teachers for taking their responses.To conduct the analysis, the following techniques were used: Mean, S.D., Product Moment Correlation, Regression, t-test, and Factorial ANOVA. According to the study, there is a substantial positive association between organisational commitment and self-esteem (r=0.48). Moreover, self-esteem reported a significant (F=2.711) differential effect on organizational commitment. Gender (F=0.395) and type of institution (F=0.298) showed insignificant differential effects on self-esteem.
