X-ray reciprocal space mapping scans showed clear peaks demonstrating high quality, tensile strain with increased unitcell volume, and relaxed growth behavior. Abstract
We investigated the magnetic properties of SrRuOSUB3/SUB epitaxial thin film synthesized by using pulsed laser deposition on KTaOSUB3/SUB (001) substrate.
