Abstract

최근 국가철도망의 지속 확충에 따라 노선별 서로 상이한 열차제어시스템의 호환성 및 안전성이 확보될 수 있도록 철도차량의 노선 간 연계운행이 용이하도록 제도화 방향을 수립하였다. 이에 따라 「철도노선간 연계운행을 위한 철도시설 기술기준」에서 인용하는 기술사양의 준수 여부를 공인시험기관의 적합성 평가를 통해 검증하도록 규정하여 작년부터 의무화 시행하고 있다. 이에 대비하여 본 논문에서는 한국형 열차제어시스템인 KTCS-2(Korea Train Control System)가 KTCS-2 지상장치 미 설치 노선에서도 열차방호기능을 담당하게 해주는 차상장치 구성요소인 특정전송모듈(STM: Specific Transmission Module)에 대한 공인시험평가용 STM장치 시험설비 구축에 대한 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 구축하고자 하는 STM 시험설비 지상신호 생성모듈에 대한 자체 유효성 확인방법으로써 STM 지상신호 무결성 검증방안을 제안하고 상세 설계 결과를 제시하고자 한다.

STM试验设备设计及完整性验证方法的提出
最近随着国家铁路网的持续扩充,为了确保各路线不同的列车控制系统的兼容性和安全性,树立了铁路车辆路线间连接运行容易的制度化方向。因此,规定通过公认试验机关的适合性评价,验证《铁路路线间连接运行的铁路设施技术标准》中引用的技术数量,并从去年开始实行义务化。为此,本论文在韩国型列车控制系统ktcs - 2 (korea train control system) ktcs - 2未设置地面装置线路中担当的列车防护功能的上市车撞,构成特定传输模块(stm:当局者transmission现代)公认对试验评价用stm装置试验设备对构建的方法作了提案。另外,作为对STM试验设备地面信号生成模块的自我有效性确认方法,提出STM地面信号完整性验证方案,并提出详细设计结果。
