Abstract

Many studies have investigated the burnout model in Western societies but have ignored it in the Arab region. They have also found that the burnout model does not have clear cut dimensions. To fill this gap, the authors applied a modified version of the burnout model to college students in Kuwait to measure their satisfaction with an e-learning system during the Coronavirus pandemic. They survey 573 college-level students in Kuwait on their preference of online learning.
