Abstract

Women are emerging as important players in Jordan's economy. This article offers a general overview and analysis of three prominent challenges facing women entrepreneurs in Jordan and discusses possible remedies and recommendations for governments to promote women entrepreneurs with proactive roles in economic development in general with a special emphasis on the tourism sector in Jordan. A quantitative research design was used, and a survey was planned that consisted of five parts to explore the factors affecting women entrepreneurship success in Jordan.
