(Acari: Mesostigmata: Diplogyniidae) and Curculanoetus sp. (Acari: Sarcoptiformes: Histiostomatidae). Implications: this study is the first to document the presence of phoretic mites on S. acupunctatus. Abstract

Objective: to identify the phoretic mites associated with the Agave (Maguey) snout weevil Scyphophorus acupunctatus.
