The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The instruments used are observation instruments, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The research results were obtained from 4 students, 1 student could not read, 2 students stammered in reading and 1 student was categorized as able to read. Based on the inhibiting factors for beginning reading, it was found that 1 student was due to psychological factors, namely memory. 1 student due to psychological factors. While 2 students were due to psychological factors and family factors. Thus the inhibiting factors for beginning reading in grade 2 students in Tasikmalaya district are physiological and psychological, namely the lack of interest and motivation of students in learning to read, family environmental factors, and school environmental factors.Keyword: Beginning Reading, Internal and external factorsAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor internal dan eksternal penghambat membaca permulaan pada siswa kelas 2 SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu instrumen observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, display data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari 4 orang siswa terdapat 1 siswa belum bisa membaca, 2 siswa terbata-bata dalam membaca dan 1 siswa dikategorikan bisa membaca. Berdasarkan faktor penghambat membaca permulaan di dapatkan hasil bahwa 1 siswa karena faktor psiologis yaitu daya ingat. 1 siswa di karenakan faktor Psikologis. Sedangkan 2 siswa di karenakan faktor psikologis dan faktor keluarga. 摘要:本研究旨在探讨抑制小学二年级学生早期阅读的内外部因素。使用的研究方法是描述性定性的。使用的工具是观察仪器、访谈、问卷调查和文件。数据分析技术包括数据简化、数据显示和结论。研究结果来自4名学生,1名学生不能阅读,2名学生阅读口吃,1名学生被归类为能够阅读。根据开始阅读的抑制因素,发现1名学生是由于心理因素,即记忆。1 .学生因心理因素。2名学生因心理因素和家庭因素。因此,Tasikmalaya地区二年级学生开始阅读的抑制因素主要是生理和心理因素,即学生学习阅读的兴趣和动机缺乏,家庭环境因素和学校环境因素。关键词:初读;内外部因素;关键词:初读;内外部因素;关键词:初读;方法penpentian yang diunakan yaitu定性描述。仪器阳迪古纳坎亚图仪器观测,瓦万卡拉,安克特丹文献。技术分析数据meliputi reduksi数据,显示数据dan冲动。Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari 4 orang siswa terdapat 1 siswa belum bisa membaca, 2 siswa terbata-bata dalam membaca 1 siswa dikategorikan bisa membaca。Berdasarkan factor for penghambat membaca permulaan di dapatkan hasil bahwa 1 siswa karena factor for physiology(生理学)。1 .心理学研究。Sedangkan 2 siswa di karenakan因素心理学和kluarga因素。邓干德米克特因子为彭汉巴特因子为白令海姆因子为白令海姆因子为白令海姆因子为白令海姆因子为白令海姆因子为白令海姆因子为白令海姆因子为白令海姆因子为白令海姆因子为白令海姆因子为白令海姆因子为白令海姆因子。Kata Kunci: Membaca Permulaan, Faktor Internal和Faktor Eksternal
